We are a family of four and came to Lyme Regis to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had such a memorable time. Sam’s place was perfect and exactly as described. It was so comfortable and ideally located, just 2 minutes from the beach! We loved sitting outside in the evenings with the sea view. Sam recommended some great restaurants - Swim and Poco Pizza. Both excellent. We also went to The Lyme Bay where we had a fantastic meal. We would love to come back! Thank you for a great stay!

Brilliant place to stay, a stone’s throw from everything! Lovely little cottage. Kitted out well. Nice bedding and towels and fantastic shower upstairs (didn’t try downstairs but the bath was useful for little one). Great little family place.

I knew the one bed was a standard double (4’6” and firm- very cosy!). Thank heaven for the fans!

Thanks Sam also for arranging a week’s parking practically next door at your neighbour's car park (£10 per day). Super convenient.

A beautiful and well positioned cottage. So close to everything you could wish for. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend - a mixture of exploring and just relaxing at the cottage too. The deck is amazing - a great place to soak up the sun, read a book and have a drink or two! And so many great places to eat, all within easy walking distance. Sam was the perfect host - I really hope we can return one day!

Lovely cottage, amazing location so close to the beach and the Cobb. Everything was there to make our stay really enjoyable and relaxing. Hoping to return!

Staying at Lyme Cottage is always a pleasure, quiet, comfortable with everything you need and all facilities close by with immediate access to the lovely seafront.

We loved our time there. The cottage was perfect and you’d thought of EVERYTHING we could possibly need... including my favourites - a spatula and some cocktail sticks for the olives we bought!

Great spot for a seaside weekend. Cottage was very well supplied and in a great location.

We spent a wonderful New Year at Sam’s gorgeous cottage. The house is immaculate and kitted out with everything you could need.

Sam was really helpful and quick to answer if we had any questions. The location of the cottage is superb with a fabulous view. We all loved our stay here.

We loved our time at the cottage, perfectly situated in walking distance to everything needed in Lyme. Light and spacious, with a wonderful outdoor seating area with a sea view. Sam is great host, excellent communications before our trip. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Excellent location with everything we needed for our stay. Access to beach and amenities only a very short walk away. Cottage was well presented and we felt very comfortable there. Would book again.

Lovely cottage in a great location, gorgeous sea view and easy to walk to the beach and places to eat. Very helpful host, would recommend.

Sam was such a helpful host and extremely understanding of all of our flip flopping.

My family had a wonderful 3 days and nights at his place and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a break right next to the sea, with lovely walks and a lot of great choice about where and what to eat.
